In last night’s episode of FlashForward, Mark and Demetri travel to Utah to try and track down the D. Gibbons Mark saw in his flash. The man escapes, but they learn that he too was awake during the flash. Olivia comes face to face with Lloyd Simcoe, who either doesn’t recognize her or pretends not to.

Bryce is convinced the flashes were a gift, while Janis and Demetri both posts about their experiences on the Mosaic website, which leads to Demetri getting some interesting information about his future. And Charlie reveals some disturbing information.

We’ve got two sneak peaks for next Thursday’s all new episode of FlashForward (episode 1.02 “White to Play”). Here’s the official description:

MARK AND DEMETRI TRACK A SUSPECT WHO MAY HAVE CONNECTIONS TO THE BLACKOUT, AND OLIVIA MEETS THE MAN IN HER VISION, ON ABC’S “FLASHFORWARD”

“White to Play” – Mark and Demetri head to Utah to track down a suspect who may be connected to the global blackout, Olivia comes face-to-face with the man from her vision, and Mark and Olivia’s daughter, Charlie, has trouble coping with the aftermath of her flashforward, on “FlashForward,” THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Note: This program will repeat Friday, Oct. 2, from 8:00-9:00 p.m.

“FlashForward” stars Joseph Fiennes as Mark Benford, John Cho as Demetri Noh, Jack Davenport as Lloyd Simcoe, Zachary Knighton as Bryce Varley, Peyton List as Nicole Kirby, Dominic Monaghan as Simon, Brían F. O’Byrne as Aaron Stark, Courtney B. Vance as Stanford Wedeck, Sonya Walger as Olivia Benford and Christine Woods as Janis Hawk.

In the first video, Janis, Stanford and others at the FBI are analyzing the video surveillance of the mysterious man who was awake during the flashes (there’s a few promo scenes at the beginning). In the second video, Olivia talks to Mark about meeting Lloyd Simcoe.

Below is a promo for next week’s episode of FlashForward (episode 1.02 “White to Play”). It’s one of the longest promos I’ve ever seen and could possibly contain scenes from beyond the next episode. We see Gabrielle Union’s character (who’s engaged to Demetri Noh) and Lloyd Simcoe meets Mark Benford. And welcome Dominic Monaghan to the cast, because you see him below. And I think he’s up to no good.
